Welcome to SanityCheck.net. I'm Blue Ajay and this is my website.
In 1989 I formed an independent record label and production company to facilitate my musical endeavors. Basically an umbrella corporation designed to allow me to pursue whatever bit of artistic whimsy I might be compelled to pursue. This was Sanity Check Musec, Inc. In 1998 the Naked Acre Compound Films division was added to Sanity Check to provide a vehicle for my dabbles in film-making.
I've had a website in one form or another since the very early days of commercial Internet(s), beginning with a site piggy-backed upon a friend's AOL account before commercial net access was even available in my geographical region. Over the years the site became large and filled with content a number of times, as web technologies were mutating and changing. SanityCheck.net collapsed under its own weight a repeatedly and spent most of the aughties either in perpetual redesign or simply spinning the binary cosmos as cyber-dead-wood.
I have been working to redesign this site for about two years now, concentrating on an architecture that could house all of my past efforts as well as provide me a versatile publishing platform well into the future. Hopefully this is that site. Ultimately this site should house my entire catalog; the lyrics and specs for well over a hundred songs, links to my music on iTunes, Amazon, CDBaby, eMusic and such, Cocktail recipes from my CD liner notes, the entire catalog of Naked Acre Compound Films webisodes, and much more.
There is a site-wide email contact form available from the About menu at the top of the screen, or from the navigation menu on the side. Please note the site's privacy policy in the block above. I plan to leave the comment feature turned off during this site's initial launch so as to simplify developmental changes. There is, after all, much to come. If you would like to engage in discussions, or comment about this site's content, you are free to do so in my online forum, Babbleon, the link is in the menu.
For the geeks that might be reading this, this site has been developed in the Drupal 7 content management system. I do all site development myself.
